About Sylphine's name

 

เดิมที S.Sylphgale หรือ Sylphine Sylphgale นั้นไม่ได้ชื่่อนี้หรอก ชื่อนี้ได้มาหลังจากคิดชื่อตัวละครอริจินอลแล้วปิ๊ง ก่อนหน้านั้นใช้ชื่อต่อไปนี้่ค่ะ

 

In fact, S.Sylphgale or Sylphine Sylphgale wasn't the first name I came up with to use as my signature or anything.

These are the names I used before I ended up using this name.

 

 

Jiab

ตรงๆตัว เจี๊ยบ ชื่อเล่นเรานั่นแหละค่ะ ใช้ครั้งแรกตอนสมัครสมาชิกเว็บบอร์ดไทยคอมิค ปัจจุบันยังใช้ที่เว็บ Daviant Art อยู่

This is my Thai nick-name, meaning a chick. (Don't get the wrong idea, I mean the little yellow chicken not the slang chick.) First used in the Thai-Comic BBS and is still in use in Daviant Art.

Sylphine_Jiab

ซิลฟีนเป็นชื่อตัวละครที่คิดขึ้นในเกม เกิดจากคำว่า Sylph ที่เป็นชื่อภูตลม ใส่ ine เพื่อบอกว่า เหมือน หรือ ดุจดั่ง ใช้ตอนหลังจากบอร์ดไทยคอมิครีเซ็ทบอร์ด แต่เนื่องจากกลัวคนที่เล่นบอร์ดจำไม่ได้จึงใส่ _Jiab ตามหลังเข้าไปด้วย

Sylphine is my character's name in many online games, for example, Fairy Land (Thai Server, but has been shut down), Final Fantasy XI, Ragnarok Online (Again, Thai Server), etc.

First used after the Thai-Comic Board resets, but to make sure they know it's me, I put _Jiab at the end of the word.

Sylphine Sylphgale, Lewalin - ปัจจุบัน

ชื่อ Sylphine คำเดิมที่เติมนามสกุลเข้าไป จริงๆ Sylphgale นั้นมาจาก Sylph's gale ซึ่งเราใช้เป็นไม้ตายของตัวละครภูต Sylph และ Windia ในการ์ตูนเขียนเล่นของเรา แต่ดันติดใจ เลยเอามาหย่อนลงท้ายนามปากกาเดิม และ ตัด _Jiab ออกไปเพราะคิดว่าคงไม่จำเป็นแล้ว

 

ส่วนชื่อเลวาลิน เป็นการแปลงเสียงของอีกชื่อที่ใช้คือ Lewlyne จึงลากเสียงให้ยาวขึ้น กลายเป็น Lewalin ในปัจจุบัน แต่ชื่อ Sylphine Sylphgale จะใช้เยอะกว่า

 

This is my current name, Sylphine with a surename "Sylphgale". Sylphgale was in fact, a mis-spelled "Sylph's gale" which is a move of my Sylph and Windia character in some of my comics.

 

As for 'Lewalin', the name is from the mis-pronouced 'Lewlyne" but ended up being one of my names for its sound and uniqueness. However, you will see Sylphine Sylphgale most of the time if you are refering to me.
